The FEIG MWD-SBP-B is an advanced radar sensor for reliable vehicle and person detection – ideally suited for barrier systems, access control and parking systems. As an intelligent alternative to induction loops, it enables a quick, clean and low-maintenance installation without extensive ground work. The sensor functions are easily and user-friendly parameterised via a smartphone app.
With an adjustable detection area of up to 8.0 m x 8.0 m, the MWD-SBP reliably detects vehicles and people – even in adverse weather conditions. The sensor can also be used for person recognition according to EN 12453, protection level D and thus meets the highest safety requirements in the field of automated access solutions.
