In this version, the popular GEZE TS 5000 door closer is equipped with an electric hold-open device and a smoke switch. The closing force of the GEZE TS 5000 R is continuously adjustable from EN 2-6 and the supply voltage is 230 V AC. The door closer can be used for right or left-hinged doors without conversion, and the electric hold-open function is located in the slide rail with a hold-open range of 80° to 130°. The integrated smoke control centre monitors the integrated smoke switch and closes the door automatically in the event of a fire. The smoke switch has a contamination indicator and automatic alarm threshold tracking. Depending on the installation conditions, additional smoke switches can be connected. The hydraulic backcheck accelerates the door shortly before it reaches the ‘door closed’ end position, thus supporting safe door closing. The GEZE TS 5000 R-ISM is a high-quality guide rail door closer system for double-leaf fire and smoke protection doors. It combines two door closers (TS 5000, GEZE item no. 027333) with an intelligent guide rail (R-ISM, GEZE item no.: 115614), which offers integrated closing sequence control and smoke detector center.The closing sequence control ensures that the active leaf closes only after the inactive leaf is fully closed. The integrated smoke detector center detects smoke development and automatically triggers the door to close.Thanks to the electric hold-open (hold-open range 80°–130°), hydraulic opening damping and optical closing force indicator, the system offers maximum comfort and safety.
