Set of Laser Scanner with protective cover, scanner for presence detection on doors or barrier arms: complete coverage over 4 planes (16560 measurements per second), adjustable via remote control (separate accessory), IP65 rated, 2 output signals, dynamic teach-in, max. range 9,9m x 9,9m, can fulfil requirements of a type-E device according to EN 12453, PL "d"Description:The BEA LZR®-I100 is a sensor for monitoring the closing plane of the door and is certified as a type E device with presence detection according to the EN12453 certification. The sensor functions on time-of-flight technology which enables precise recognition of even the smallest object. The LZR generates laser beams in 4 detection planes to monitor both the closing plane of the door and the area in front it. BEA designed the LZR I100 for industrial environments and can also ensure larger industrial doors are secured thanks to its detection field of up to 9.9m x 9.9m. Together with the BEA LZR laser scanner protective cover, the set is ideally suited for first installations or for retrofitting on existing barrier systems. Thanks to its pure white powder coating, similar to RAL9010, the protective cover can fit in with any installation environment. Other RAL colours are also available upon request. The protective cover can be mounted either on the appropriate mounting holes on masonry, barrier housing, etc... or with the help of a mounting bracket, sold separately.
