The protective cover is made of a 2.5mm-thick Aluminium sheet and is used protect the sensor and to make the installation inconspicuous. Thanks to its pure grey powder coating, similar to RAL7031, the protective cover can fit in with any installation environment. Other RAL colours are also available upon request. The protective cover can be mounted either on the appropriate mounting holes on masonry, barrier housing, etc... or with the help of a mounting bracket, sold separately.
